Visa

The fishery in Visa is divided in to two zones: Nedre Vistdal and Bergset.

Nedre Visa:

The beat stretches from the border of Bergset down to the lake. 

There goes a trail along the entire river on the east side where you will also find shelters.

Tverrelva is also included in this zone.

The lower part of the river is a fly fishing zone (both sides).This is marked with signs. You will see them from the lake and about 500 meters up the river. 

The upper part: 150 meters above the bridge in Helle (border to Bergset)

The lower part: By the lake, by the end. 

REMEMBER: Fly fishing is in the lower part.

They sell a total of 7 day passes per day.

Bergset:

the beat stretches from Garsteinfossen to the border by Nedre Visa (about 150 meters below the bridge by Helle)

In the upper part of the beat, you can only fish from the left side of the river. (From Garsteinfossen to Kommando bridge)

The trail from Bergsethølen to the barbeque hut by Garsteinhølen on the western side. 

REMEMBER: Any fishing in Bergsetfossen is not allowed.
