Årgård Søndre

Årgård Søndre is currently run by Kristoffer Anzjøn who has taken over the business from his father, and Natalie Furunes who runs parts of the administration, including renting out fishing for Årgård Søndre in Årgårdsvassdraget.

The farm is run with both grain production, fishing and forestry.

We welcome all new and old visitors, it is almost always possible to meet one of us for a pleasant chat either by the river or at the farm, and all our guests are welcome to stop and have a chat if they wish on their way through the farm.

Terms and conditions for Fishing

These terms and contidions are intended to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all anglers. We want everyone to enjoy fishing without inconveniencing others

The following terms an conditions apply to all bookings With Årgård Søndre:
1. Fishing is exclusively permitted with fly gear only (fly fishing only).
2. A miximum of 4 anglers per day permitted.
3. The fishing permit must be paid in full before access to the river is granted.
4. The fishing permit is personal and may not be resold or transgerred without explicit approval from the landowner.
5. No physical fishing permits are issued. anglers must provide their full name, and the name must correspond with the participant list upon inspection.
6. Fishing permit is valid only for the specified date and designated river stretch/area.
7. Current regulations regarding catch limits and any catch and release rules must be observed.
8. All catches must be reported promptly and accuratley under the correct fishing zone (Årgård Søndre) via Elveguiden’s «laksebørs».
9. The shelter (gapahuk), fire pit, firewood, and toilet facilities are reserved exclusively for anglers holding a valid fishing permit within our fishing zone.
10. All facilities must be kept clean and tidy – leave the area as you would wish to find it.
11. Littering is strictly prohibited. All waste must be taken with you or disposed of in designated areas.
12. Fires are only permitted in the designated fire pit and must be extinguished properly.
13. Respect must be shown to nature, wildlife, landowners ond other fishermen.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate expulsion. Serious or repeated violatins may lead to exclution from future fishing.
