Perfect accommodation for anglers in River Orkla

Just off national road 700 between Stamnan and Voll in Rennebu, approximately 10 KM from Berkåk and the E6, Bergtun Gård is located in a warm green bay on the east side of Orkla. The farm is sheltered from the weather by Bergsbruberga in the north and Stamneshaugen in the south.

The farm is a short distance from Stavne UV zones 2 and 3, and will be a good alternative for overnight stays when fishing in this area.

As mentioned, the way down to the river and the fishing beat Stavne UV is short, only a short walk of 250-400 meters to zones 2 and 3.

The accommodation

Basement apartment of 58m2. The apartment has its own entrance and contains the following:

Living room with long table, TV and corner sofa
Kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and necessary equipment (crockery, cups and dishes)
WC / Bathroom with shower.
In total there are 4 beds (one double bed), but a mattress can be put down if desired with an extra guest for a short period.
Bedroom with 2 single beds, plus pull-out bed (double bed) at the end of the living room.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price
Flushing point at the exit and 4 tall cupboards in the bathroom for storing waders or other things
Access to outdoor furniture just outside the apartment
Access to fire pit or grill on request
The apartment is on a plinth and is cool and quiet on hot summer days
Private parking just outside the apartment
Cleaning fee included in the price. It is expected that it is tidy, that the dishes have been washed, the bed linen removed and the rubbish emptied on departure :)
