Årdalskortet er et registreringskort som alle som skal fiske i Årdalselva må ha, ref fiskereglene. Inntektene finansierer desinfiseringsstasjonen og andre lovpålagte oppgaver, lht. Lov om laksefisk og innlandsfisk, § 25.

The river card "Årdalskortet" is a registration card that everyone who intends to fish in the Årdal River must have, in accordance with the fishing regulations. The income finances the disinfection station and other statutory tasks, pursuant to the Act relating to salmonids and freshwater fish, Section 25. 

Remember to report your fishing activity on this river card every day you have been fishing!
