FAQ: My profile on Salmonrivers

Here are the most common questions regarding your profile and "My page" in the app and on the web.

Forgot password / change password 
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password" next to the field where you are supposed to enter the password. You can do this both from our app and from the web. You will now receive an automatically generated email from Salmonrivers with a new password. If you want to change this password to one of your choice, you must first log in with your sent password. Then follow the steps described below for changing the password.

If you want to change your current password, click on "My page" when you are logged in to the website (changing an existing password cannot be done from the app). Then click on "Your profile" and on the "Change password" button.

Change email address
If you want to change the email address associated with your user account, you can send us an email and ask us to do it for you. Send an email about this to support@salmonrivers.com.

My user is locked 
If you are told that your user is locked, it may be due to missing catch reporting. Log in to the app or on the web. Click on "My fishing licenses" and see "Expired fishing licenses". Here you will see if any of your previous fishing licenses lack catch reporting. If so, click through to report the catch associated with this ticket. Your user account will automatically be reopened when the missing catch report that locked the user is reported.

If it is not missing catch reporting that is locking your user, it may be that the landowner/ the local management association in a watercourse you have fished in has locked your user due to a violation of local fishing regulations. If you have questions related to this, you can contact us at support@salmonrivers.com.

I cannot find the receipt for purchase 
Receipt for all your purchases on Salmonrivers is sent to the email address associated with your user profile immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder.
