Many have introduced a deadline requiring refund requests to be submitted to Elveguiden Support within <strong>14 days</strong> of the public announcement that the river has been closed to fishing.</p><p>We therefore recommend that you check the refund policy for the beat where you have purchased your fishing permit.</p><h4>How to submit a refund request</h4><p>To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please send an email to <a href="mailto:support@elveguiden.no"><strong>support@elveguiden.no</strong></a>. We recommend contacting us by email rather than by phone. The farm includes the main house, storehouse, barn, sauna, and several charming buildings, and is currently run by Eva Heika and Trond Rypdal Sveen.</p><p>Dalheim offers exclusive salmon fishing on its own beat, with excellent opportunities at Jensenkulpen, Charlesholla, and Nedre Hyttedammen. The main house can be rented weekly for groups of up to 10 people, including fishing, while the storehouse Rolfbu is suitable for 1–3 people on a daily basis. Upon arrival, a tour of the beat is offered, and additional guiding can be booked.</p><p>The farm also has a sauna, great hiking opportunities, small game hunting, and excellent conditions for observing the Northern Lights. Access is by plane, Hurtigruten, and/or fast boat, with a short walk to the farm. Depending on water levels, wading across the river may be necessary.</p>
